Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Training and Development professional to coordinate and deliver a comprehensive range of training and education programs. You will design, develop and deliver instructional content, including new team orientation, while maintaining training records and calendars.

Requirements include an Associate degree (2-year), 3 years related experience, and strong knowledge of adult learning strategies; proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 3 years related experience or 5 years combined education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning strategies and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Delivers group and individual instruction across technical, operational, management/supervision and soft skills.
• Builds and maintains training decks and materials following style guides and instructional design best practices.
• Schedules workshops, seminars and informational sessions.
• Coordinates administrative tasks to deliver and document training activities.
• Develops New Team Member Orientation and identifies training needs with supervisors/managers.
