Job summary
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking an intermediate-level Human Resources Analyst II to support district-wide training, manage our LMS curriculum, and drive employee engagement through monthly service awards.
You will coordinate onboarding, plan recognition events, and analyze training data to improve workforce development across Southern California. This role combines project management with HR learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating employee training programs and LMS reporting.
- Experience with planning and coordinating events.
- Background in talent development and LMS management.
Responsibilities
- Training & E-Learning Coordination: assist in preparing, coordinating, and managing district training initiatives and e-learning modules.
- LMS Management: use LMS to create classes, generate reports, and analyze training data.
- Course Evaluation: support delivery of training and monitor performance with feedback loops.
- Onboarding & Orientation: assist with onboarding logistics and stakeholder collaboration.
- Recognition Events: manage monthly service award programs and luncheons.
