Qualifications

• Professional experience in employee training, HR, organizational development, or related areas.
• Experience designing and facilitating training or professional development programs.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, or other learning resources.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse professionals and educators.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid professional development programs.
• Develop training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and online resources using adult learning principles.
• Partner with HR SMEs and stakeholders to create learning opportunities on HR policies and leadership topics.
• Research trends and learning technologies to recommend new learning opportunities.
• Coordinate leadership and supervisory development programs to boost engagement and performance.
• Administer learning programs through the LMS and monitor compliance, completion, and reporting.
