Job summary

The Pennsylvania Treasury Department is seeking an HR Analyst I to support the Training & Development team within the Bureau of Human Resources. This role focuses on creating accessible learning resources and delivering training on leadership, communication, and customer service.

Responsibilities include developing content, managing eLearning platforms, and supporting staff with learning resources. Telework is available part-time with three days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing technical human resource duties and a bachelor's degree, or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience creating courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Resume must be attached and applicants must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Design accessible learning resources using various digital tools.
• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions on leadership, communication, customer service, and operational topics.
• Produce materials that help employees apply new skills.
• Maintain and update SharePoint and eLearning training platforms.
• Provide guidance by creating resources that meet department learning needs.
