The City of Dallas seeks an Assistant Director, Total Rewards, to shape compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs with a data-driven approach. You will report to the Director of Human Resources and lead strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and engage talent while managing costs and improving employee well-being.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years in HR with benefits and compensation, public-sector experience preferred, and strong skills in

• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, finance, economics, data analytics, public administration or business administration.
• Equivalency options allowed with equivalent education and experience.
• Public-sector HR experience and compensation/benefits knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a data-driven total rewards strategy.
• Utilize data analysis to optimize benefits and compensation performance.
• Lead Compensation and Benefits Service Center and Wellness functions.
• Oversee benefits projects and communicate programs clearly.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and communicate initiatives.
• Foster collaboration and continuous learning within staff.
