Job summary

Lake Travis Fire Rescue is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Technology Administrator to manage HR programs, workforce data, and employee systems. You will coordinate HR processes, handle confidential records, and liaise with IT vendors to support technology platforms and integrations.

The role requires a strong background in HR, data management, and technology, with the ability to work independently and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Admin, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, workforce admin, or related area.
• Experience administering enterprise software and HR systems.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Administers and coordinates assigned HR programs and services.
• Maintains confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
• Supports policy development, job descriptions, forms, and guidance.
• Supports talent acquisition and onboarding, promotions, and separations.
• Supports benefits and leave administration activities.
