Memorial Healthcare System in Miramar, Florida seeks an experienced HRIS Analyst to oversee Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll modules and drive data governance.

You will translate business needs into system requirements, develop reports, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to implement new functionality that optimizes HR processes. A Bachelor's degree and two years of HRIS experience are required.

Formación

• Two years of experience in HR Information Management System configuration, HR data analytics, and/or system administration.
• Workday experience with at least one of the following areas: Workday Benefits, Workday Core HR, Workday Integrations, Workday Talent, Workday Recruiting, Workday Payroll, and Workday Advanced Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily maintenance and optimization of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and governance.
• Translates business needs into system requirements, develops reports, and troubleshoots issues.
• Acts as technical point of contact between HR, vendors, and IT for projects and upgrades.
• Provides end-user training and maintains system documentation.
