Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a hands-on HR technology professional to own HR technology solutions end to end, including platform support, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical solution design. You’ll work across Learning & Development, Talent Management, Skills Management, Career Growth, and related HR systems, playing a key role in evaluating and implementing a new LMS.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language - Python preferred but not required.

Required Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and integrations.

• Data analysis experience; SQL knowledge preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM experience.
• Experience building integrations with Oracle systems.
