Job summary

Panera LLC in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Sr Director of HR Technology & Operations to lead strategy, governance, and execution of the HR tech ecosystem, including Workday, analytics, and automation, delivering scalable, employee-centric services. You will collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and business leaders to optimize processes, centralize Tier 1 support, and drive self-service adoption.

The role requires 10+ years in HR tech and strong leadership, with a focus on data governance and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required for leadership in HR technology and operations.
10+ years of progressive HR technology/operations experience.
5+ years leading HR technology or shared services teams.
Deep Workday experience preferred.
Strong analytics, data governance, and reporting capabilities.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year HR Technology strategy and roadmap, including Workday governance.
Lead the HR Service Center with a scalable operating model and standardized SLAs.
Oversee HR data governance and analytics using Workday and BI tools.
Champion a seamless digital employee experience across HR systems and self-service channels.
Mentor and develop HR Technology and HR Service Center teams and foster operational excellence.
