Adecco is seeking an HR Technology & Innovation Specialist to join the People Services team at the Boise headquarters. You will collaborate with HR and IT to enhance HR technology, streamline processes, and translate business needs into actionable tech solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in HR technology, with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience and a passion for continuous improvement. On-site in Boise with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a similar systems-focused role.
• Strong, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience administering, enhancing, troubleshooting, or implementing HR systems.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms.
• Ability to partner with HR stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Someone who is curious about technology and genuinely motivated by continuous improvement.
• Nice to have: Experience with ADP Payroll and/or UKG Timekeeping.

I’m working with a well-established global food and agriculture company that is looking for an HR Technology & Innovation Specialist to join their People Services team at their Boise headquarters.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply maintain HR systems. You’ll partner closely with HR and IT to improve technology, streamline processes, support system enhancements, and help turn business needs into effective technology solutions.

What they’re looking for:
