Job summary

Team Housing Solutions is seeking an HR Operations & Technology Specialist to support HR technology administration, data management, benefits and leave processing, and compliance. You will manage the HRIS, maintain accurate records, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, managers, employees, and vendors to deliver a consistent employee experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years HR experience, Paycom experience preferred, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; HRIS experience required.
• Three to five years of progressive HR experience; HRIS/Data entry/HR tech exposure valued.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or HR tech certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; Paycom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and SME for HRIS and HR technology platforms.
• Maintain employee records, org structures, workflows, security roles, and system configurations.
• Process and audit new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline HR processes.
• Assist with HRIS enhancements, integrations, testing, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues with vendors or stakeholders.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports and support data analysis.
• Conduct routine HR data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support managers and employees with HR technology questions and navigation.
• Coordinate with Payroll to resolve compensation and benefits discrepancies.
• Submit HR-related payroll inputs and employee changes.
