Job summary

VSE Aviation seeks an HR Technology Analyst to optimize HR systems and data integrity across U.S. and international operations. You will work at the nexus of HR, Finance, and Payroll, primarily configuring Paycom modules and enabling reporting.

You will build Power BI dashboards, support integrations with vendors and benefit carriers, and contribute to compliance with HR regulations. This is a 9–12 month fixed-term contract based in the Miami area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of HRIS administration or HR tech experience if no degree.
• Hands-on Paycom or cloud HRIS experience (UKG/ADP/Workday acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of HR data structures and integrations.
• Excel proficiency for data auditing and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Paycom modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting).
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliant HR/payroll delivery.
• Build reports, dashboards, and queries for HR KPIs and payroll accuracy.
• Support integrations with benefit carriers, vendors, and ERP systems.
• Assist with tests and deployments during system upgrades and migrations.
• Create training materials and document SOPs for HR users.
