Job summary

VSE Aviation Inc in Miami, FL is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for U.S. and international entities, covering 2,000+ employees.

This fixed-term contract (9–12 months) requires meticulous data entry in Paycom, accurate timekeeping review, and timely pay delivery. You will collaborate with the Payroll Manager and HR Technology teams to ensure tax compliance, W-2 processing, and process improvements across multi-entity payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of payroll processing experience in multi-entity environments.
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-entity or mid-to-large employer.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations (FLSA, withholding).
• Experience with Paycom, or other cloud HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP) and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls for U.S. and non-U.S. entities in Paycom.
• Audit timekeeping data and validate pay rules to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain employee payroll records and process PAFs.
• Assist with federal, state, local tax filings and W-2 processing.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and educate employees on self-service tools.
• Support system testing and documentation for Paycom upgrades.
