State of New Hampshire is seeking a Human Resources Technician - Payroll to support confidential HR, compensation and benefits activities for the Liquor Commission. The role requires adherence to collective bargaining agreements and state/federal personnel rules.

Responsibilities include benefits processing, HR records management, and system synchronization between state and NHLC time management software. A driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 6 months of experience, or an equivalent combination of 2.5 years of education and experience after high school.
• Education/experience in business or public administration, recruitment, payroll, human resources or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to travel to other premises.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to Liquor Commission employees and external candidates on personnel and compensation topics.
• Process, monitor, and coordinate employee benefit records, including Retirement, Insurance, and Leave Plans.
• Review, maintain, and process personnel records and transactions in the state personnel system.
• Adhere to processing schedules to ensure accurate transfers between systems and synchronized reports.
• Maintain physical and electronic personnel records from recruitment through termination.
• Oversee review and processing of personnel information within NHLC software and ensure reports are synchronized.
