Denali Universal Services, based in Anchorage, AK, seeks an HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The role partners with managers to identify staffing needs and fosters a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in HR or related roles, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid schedule is available with three in-office days and two remote.

Formación

• Two years of admin, customer service, office support, recruiting or HR experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Create and maintain job requisitions in ATS; post postings.
• Develop sourcing strategies using diverse channels.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and liaise with managers.
