• Enter and process personnel action requests and payroll transactions.
• Administer FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Benefits and ADA for GBI staff.
• Conduct New Employee Orientation and onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
