Job summary

Equifax seeks a Senior HR Business Partner, Global Data & Analytics (Finance), to serve as a strategic advisor and driver of talent outcomes across a matrixed enterprise. Based in Alpharetta, GA, this role partners with SVP leaders to shape people strategy for Global D&A and influence enterprise-wide talent.

The role features four days in-office collaboration (Mon-Thu) with Friday Flexibility, and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• 7+ years as a consultative HR Business Partner.
• Global experience with compensation planning, org design, ER, and development.
• Strong learning & development background preferred.
• Ability to influence, manage conflicts, and meet deadlines across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to global D&A leaders to align HR and business strategy.
• Provide executive coaching on organizational design, development planning and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to align on talent needs and priorities.
• Manage annual talent review, succession and compensation planning processes.
• Develop retention strategies and build a strong global talent pipeline.
• Identify skill gaps and drive learning initiatives across Enterprise D&A.
• Promote inclusive culture and engage cross-cultural HR teams.
• Analyze data and trends to inform organizational solutions.
