Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of HR technology projects, ensuring complex initiatives stay on track and the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation, while serving as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an HR or People Ops context.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday) preferred.
• Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, system integrations, process automation).
• Serve as the connective tissue between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors - translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
