Qualifications

5–7+ years leading product ownership or agile product leadership.
Experience with Workday or HRIS implementations is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning, and release planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the vision, roadmap, and strategy for HR technology products, particularly Workday.
Own and prioritize the HRIS product backlog based on business value and priorities.
Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
Lead planning and coordination for major HR technology releases.
Partner with HR leaders and technology teams to deliver new features and integrations.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and monitor progress and risks.
Communicate roadmaps and status to leadership and drive adoption.
Serve as liaison between HR, HRIS, technology and business groups.
Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and operationally effective.
Serve as project manager for large cross-functional HR initiatives.
