Job summary

Coinbase is hiring a Product Manager Intern to join the HR Technology team within People Success and help drive key initiatives across our HR Technology ecosystem, from evaluating AI-powered tools to automating core processes and strengthening our security foundation.

You'll ship real products, partnering with HR, IT, and Security stakeholders to design and deliver tools that transform how our employees work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in CS/Engineering/MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on with AI tools or low-code platforms.
• Proven project delivery from start to finish.
• Identify problems and propose practical solutions.
• Generative AI used responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own a product initiative from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Security and vendors to define requirements.
• Evaluate AI tools and pilot generative AI agents for HR teams.
• Map workflows and implement automated solutions across HR platforms.
• Analyze metrics and communicate results to leadership.
