Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Product Manager Intern to join the HR Technology team. This 12-week summer internship will drive initiatives across the HR Tech ecosystem, from evaluating AI-powered tools to automating core processes and strengthening security foundations.

You’ll own projects end-to-end and gain hands-on experience on an AI-native HR organization. You’ll work with HR, IT, and Security stakeholders to design and deliver tools that transform how employees work, with

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to turn ambiguity into actionable plans.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code platforms.
Proven track record of managing a project from start to finish with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Own a product initiative from discovery to launch, including build-vs-buy analysis.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and vendor teams to define requirements and priorities.
Pilot generative AI agents for HR teams and track ROI for AI-powered tools.
Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and automate using HRIS, ATS, and collaboration platforms.
Analyze product metrics and communicate results to leadership.
