Job summary

Coinbase is offering a 12-week internship with the Employee & Workplace Experience team to improve how we design and measure employee experiences across remote and in-person settings.

You will own an initiative to analyze data, design AI-assisted operations, and help scale programs. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and responsible AI usage to boost efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in a related field with coursework in process improvement.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; familiar with at least one project management tool (Asana, Jira, Lucidchart).
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform operational decisions.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to draft content, automate workflows, or prototype solutions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Build or improve dashboards tracking program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI across EWX initiatives.
• Identify manual workflows and design AI-powered solutions to automate or streamline them.
• Analyze participation data and feedback to recommend program improvements or new designs.
• Collaborate with internal platforms to improve data quality, UX, or reporting capabilities.
• Support change management strategies and stakeholder communications for new processes.
