• Establish and mature Agile product management practices, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Guide Product Owners in backlog management, value prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology execution.
• Support major initiatives across Workday, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Experience, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Provide leadership capacity during a period of organizational change and transformation.

A senior HR Technology leader, Product Management Director, or former HR Technology consulting leader with extensive Workday experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of leading Agile Product Owner teams in complex global organizations.
