Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an HR Systems & Process Improvement Specialist for a hybrid opportunity located in Downtown Chicago, IL or Northbrook, IL. This role supports HR systems, reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with data and technology, and able to drive continuous improvement across the HR function while collaborating with HR, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting HR systems, HRIS/HCM platforms, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, or workflow automation solutions
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with data, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and external stakeholders while supporting system and process enhancements
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar business process automation tools

Responsibilities

• Support HR process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives across the HR function
• Maintain and support HR systems including HRIS/HCM, applicant tracking, learning, performance management, and service delivery platforms
• Assist with system configuration, user access management, testing, data audits, troubleshooting, and validation of system changes
• Develop and support HR reports, dashboards, and recurring analytics requests
• Document processes, create SOPs and job aids, and support implementation of new workflows and system enhancements
• Assist with governance, compliance, data privacy, record retention, audit support, and change management activities
