The Judge Group is seeking an HR Systems, Process Improvement & AI Solutions Specialist for a hybrid role in Chicago/Northbrook, IL. You'll blend HR tech, analytics, automation, and AI to enhance processes across HR, IT, and Finance systems.

Ideal candidates will drive reporting solutions, partner with stakeholders, and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and decision making. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience supporting enterprise software platforms, HR technology, workflow automation, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and leverage emerging technologies.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data, reporting tools, dashboards, and BI platforms.
• Knowledge of process mapping, redesign, workflow optimization, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Power Platform, API integrations, automation tools, or related technologies preferred.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies including Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, AI-assisted workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and continuously improve HR technology platforms including HRIS/HCM, applicant tracking, learning management, performance management, service delivery, and employee experience solutions.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvement initiatives utilizing workflow automation, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and business stakeholders to evaluate requirements and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Support exploration and implementation of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered assistants, and automation technologies to improve productivity and operations.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation and digital workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, analytics, and BI solutions for decision making.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, UAT, troubleshooting, data validation, and deployment of new capabilities.
• Perform data audits, governance activities, and reporting validation to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Document business processes, workflows, SOPs, and system capabilities.
• Collaborate on change management, user adoption, and training programs for new technologies and automation.
• Support enterprise initiatives related to digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Monitor HR technology, AI, automation, and analytics trends and identify opportunities for applications.

The Judge Group is seeking an HR Systems, Process Improvement & AI Solutions Specialist for a hybrid opportunity located in either Downtown Chicago or Northbrook, IL.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business process expertise, enterprise systems, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to improve operational effectiveness across the HR function. The successful candidate will partner with HR, IT, Finance Systems, and other business stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance system capabilities, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and intelligent automation technologies.

WThe HR Systems, Process Improvement & AI Solutions Specialist will support the evolution of HR technology, automation, analytics, and business processes across the organization.
