Job summary

Eurofins Scientific seeks an experienced HR Technology Transformation leader to champion our Oracle Cloud HCM strategy and deliver innovative solutions that improve data visibility, workflow efficiency, and the employee experience.

You will guide a team across the US and international locations, influence enterprise-wide HR initiatives, and drive automation while balancing security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/IT/HR/Business or related field is required.
• 5+ years in HR technology with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology-driven leadership to HR teams and leaders.
• Lead design, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Oversee system configuration, security, and data integrity in HR tech.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and business leaders to automate processes.
• Prioritize analytics needs from Oracle HCM to deliver actionable outputs.
• Manage quarterly releases and configuration changes with minimal disruption.
• Assess Oracle HCM functionality and drive automation and adoption improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize HR technology solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging HR technology trends and best practices.
• Develop a scalable roadmap for HR tech enhancements.
• Lead a US and international HR technology team for continuous improvement.
• Oversee resolution of Oracle HCM incidents to meet SLAs.
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems.
• Monitor performance and drive ongoing optimization.
• Support M&A activities as needed.
