Qualifications

• Experience with Workday HR technology systems preferred.
• Three years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technology experts focused on HR technology systems implementation and maintenance (e.g., Workday).
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and drive solutions.
• Coordinate system upgrades, changes, and integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as liaison between Regions and Workday for HR technology.
• Communicate system downtime, refreshes, and issues to users.
• Monitor issues and develop tickets with Workday support when needed.
