Hard Rock Digital is seeking an HR Tech & Data Specialist to support HR systems administration, data management, reporting, and analytics. You will work with the HR Tech & Analytics Manager to ensure data accuracy and drive improvements through automation and better data use.

The role focuses on system configuration, data governance, and providing foundational data support to enable informed people decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR systems and processes.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work on deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential people information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for core HR systems and applications.
• Maintain data quality, data governance, and process documentation.
• Produce regular People data reports and support ad-hoc requests with accurate analyses.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Build effective relationships with business stakeholders and provide clear user support for HR technology and data.
