Job summary

Amgen is seeking a senior HR technology architect to lead design and architecture for workforce planning and scenario modeling. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions and drive tool integration across the Amgen ecosystem.

In this role you will mentor teammates, participate in SAFe Agile rituals, and stay ahead of HR tech trends to implement best practices. May telecommute where feasible.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 2 years of experience in HR transformation, workforce planning or HR tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture for workforce planning and scenario modeling systems.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Drive integration of tools like Workday Adaptive Planning, Orgvue and Anaplan into Amgen's ecosystem.
