Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR-related roles or workforce planning.
- Experience with OrgVue, Anaplan, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Experience within SAFe Agile environments and HR technology projects.
- Ability to translate workforce requirements into scalable tech solutions.
