Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of HR tech experience.
• Experience configuring Orgvue, Anaplan, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile and enterprise architecture practices.
• Experience with HR systems integration and data modeling.
• Strong collaboration with HR leadership and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for workforce planning and scenario modeling.
