Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialist IS Architect to lead design and architecture for workforce planning systems, collaborating with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role drives integration of Workday Adaptive Planning, Orgvue, and Anaplan within Amgen’s HR tech ecosystem, while serving as technical lead on HR technology projects.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience in HR/Workforce tech.
Experience with Orgvue, Anaplan and Workday Adaptive Planning for workforce planning.
Knowledge of SAFe Agile framework and end-to-end HR tech projects.
Ability to design and test technical workflows and roadmaps for HR systems.
Experience with data integrations and enterprise data fabrics.

Responsibilities

Lead design and architecture for workforce planning and scenario modeling systems.
Collaborate with HR and leaders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
Drive integration of planning tools (Workday Adaptive Planning, Orgvue, Anaplan) into Amgen’s ecosystem.
