Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Technical Architect, HR Technology to lead enterprise HR system architecture, integrations, and security across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. You will shape reference architectures, governance, and AI-driven solutions, partnering with IT and HR teams for global digital transformation.

The role oversees environment strategy, CI/CD practices, and Day 1 readiness for acquisitions, with a focus on scalable, secure HR technology across North America and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in HR technology architecture.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Security architecture knowledge including RBAC, data policies, and audits (SOX, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR systems architecture strategy for Fusion HCM Cloud across regions.
• Govern integrations, design standards, and approval workflows for HR tech integrations.
• Oversee security architecture, RBAC, and data protection programs with cyber teams.
• Define environment management, promotion workflows, and release governance.
• Drive adoption of AI/automation and Oracle Redwood UX across HR tech stacks.
• Plan M&A HR tech integrations including data migration and Day 1 readiness.
• Mentor architects and developers; promote architecture governance and best practices.
• Align HR technology decisions with broader cloud strategy and zero-trust principles.
