Job summary

Rheem North America is seeking a Technical Architect for HR Technology to lead enterprise HR system architecture, OS integration, and security governance within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA, with office days Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays.

Responsibilities include establishing architecture standards, leading M&A integration blueprints, and guiding AI/automation adoption across payroll, talent, and workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in HR technology architecture or equivalent.
• Deep expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise HR systems architecture strategy for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and integrations.
• Govern design standards, review boards, and approval workflows for HR tech integrations (OIC, APIs).
• Oversee Oracle HCM security architecture including RBAC, data security, encryption, and audits.
