Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Technical Architect, HR Technology (HRIT) to lead enterprise HR system architecture within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. You will drive scalable architecture across HCM Cloud, OIC, and security governance for Rheem’s global HR operations.

Based in the North America region with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thu in office, Fri remote), you will align HR technology decisions with broader IT strategy and ensure secure, compliant solutions across multi-country payroll

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and enterprise HR architecture.
• Proven ability to govern enterprise HR architectures and data security.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise HR systems architecture strategy for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and design patterns.
• Govern integrations via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, and third-party connectors.
• Oversee Oracle HCM security architecture, RBAC, data security policies, and audit compliance.
• Define environment management standards across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod.
• Guide AI/automation adoption and Oracle Redwood UX framework implementations.
