Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in HR technology architecture, enterprise systems design, or technical consulting.
• Deep expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and enterprise HR architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR systems architecture strategy across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and OIC.
• Govern HR tech integrations, design standards, and approval workflows for scalable solutions.
• Oversee Oracle HCM security architecture, RBAC, data security policies, and audits.
• Define environment management standards across Dev, Test, UAT, Production with release governance.
• Champion AI, automation, and Redwood UX adoption across HR tech ecosystems.
• Lead M&A HR tech integrations including data migration and Day 1 readiness.
• Collaborate with IT security, data governance, and cloud architecture teams.
