Rheem Manufacturing Company in Atlanta, GA seeks a Technical Architect, HR Technology (HRIT) to lead enterprise HR system architecture within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. You will drive integration governance, security frameworks, and environment strategy to enable global digital transformation.

This hybrid role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, RBAC, and AI-enabled automation. You will mentor teams, define deployment standards, and collaborate with IT, security, and HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field required.
• 7 years of HR technology architecture or related experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, OIC, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise HR systems architecture strategy across Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Govern HR technology integrations and design standards.
• Oversee HCM security architecture including RBAC and audits.
• Lead environment management across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD.
