Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Talent Analyst, HR Technology to lead Oracle Fusion HCM, ORC, and talent management initiatives globally. Hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Thu, remote Fri.

You will partner with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to transform talent processes, optimize platforms, and deliver data-driven insights across North America, LATAM, and APAC regions. Experience with SaaS HR tech and change management preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and ORC.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Global HR technology experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional strategy for ORC and Oracle Talent Management.
• Lead optimization initiatives to improve time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Translate HR needs into functional specs and configuration documents.
• Govern talent processes for performance reviews, goal management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with TA, HRBP, COEs and OD to align tech with workforce strategies.
• Lead Oracle Cloud release readiness and stakeholder communication.
• Design test strategies (SIT/UAT) and coordinate with IT and HR SMEs.
• Develop role-based training materials and drive user adoption.
