Job summary

Guardian Life's 2027 Summer Internship in HR Technology Knowledge Management & AI Operations offers a paid 10-week program in Bethlehem, PA, with hybrid in-office requirements. Interns collaborate with HR technology teams, review policies and knowledge content, and gain exposure to AI-enabled employee support tools while interacting with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns and gaps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in HR tech, knowledge management, processes and AI tools.
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing HR policies, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Analyze content across repositories including NeoCase and Inside Guardian.
• Standardize document formats, templates and content structures.
• Identify outdated or duplicative documentation and recommend improvements.
• Create clear, user-friendly process documentation for HR/Workday transactions.
• Develop process maps, job aids and reference materials for knowledge support.
• Test and evaluate AI-powered agents supporting employee inquiries in Workday.
• Assess agent responses for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Document findings and provide recommendations to improve AI quality.
• Support metrics and testing frameworks to monitor agent performance.
