Riveting Trips is expanding! We're seeking an experienced and passionate Independent Contractor – Luxury Travel Planner to join our boutique agency specializing in high-touch, personalized luxury travel experiences for discerning clients.

Compensation: Commission-based, with access to top-tier suppliers and high-net-worth clients

About Us:

Riveting Trips is known for crafting unforgettable journeys—from family adventures in Europe to incentive retreats in wine country. We combine white-glove service with deep destination expertise to deliver extraordinary results.

You Must:

  • Currently sell at least $100,000 USD in travel annually
  • Have active Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance
  • Be willing to pass a background check
  • Have 2+ years of experience in luxury or high-end travel planning
  • Be client-focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Be familiar with booking platforms (Virtuoso, ClientBase, GDS, etc.)—or eager to learn
  • Excel in communication, professionalism, and relationship building

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage bespoke luxury itineraries for leisure and incentive clients
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand preferences and deliver exceptional service
  • Coordinate all elements of travel planning: hotels, air, transfers, tours, and more
  • Maintain relationships with global DMCs, hotel reps, and supplier partners
  • Ensure seamless execution of every trip from planning to post-travel follow-up
