Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Strong background in one or more areas such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs: review and grade AI-generated content related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and employee policy interpretation.
• Scenario creation: develop realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance management cycles and benefits enrollment.
• Data validation: annotate and label data across use cases including offer letters, leave administration, and workforce analytics.
• Compliance auditing: provide structured feedback on AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Framework collaboration: work with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
