Job summary

Prolific is seeking HR and Talent Professionals to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real people-operations expertise. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant and get paid to support AI research.

Projects pay up to $50 per hour, with many tasks requiring about an hour of uninterrupted work. You can work from home with flexible hours and receive payments via PayPal.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an HR or talent acquisition function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
• Deep background in Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, Employee Relations, L&D, or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Relevant HR certification is highly preferred.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive policy or compliance data.
• PayPal account to receive payment from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, and policy interpretation.
• Create realistic HR workflow scenarios such as performance management cycles and benefits enrollment.
• Annotate and label data across use cases including offer letters, leave administration, and analytics.
• Provide structured feedback on the accuracy of AI responses regarding HRIS systems and labor laws.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-domain AI applications.
