Job summary

QM Resorts in Sparks, NV, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for approximately 50 employees across QM RESORTS businesses. You will partner with the CEO and department leaders on recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, policy management, and safety committee leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, onboarding excellence, and ongoing process improvement with a focus on scalable HR support for an expanding real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist capable of independently managing HR functions.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies beyond basic job postings.
• Ability to recruit real estate agents in partnership with brokerage leadership.
• Experience communicating and enforcing workplace policies with managers.
• Knowledge of HR laws, practices, and personnel documentation.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration; ADP familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple businesses and report to CEO.
• Develop recruiting strategies to support growth, including real estate operations.
• Partner with Sparks Realty leadership to attract agents and maintain candidate follow-up.
• Build candidate pipelines via outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
• Create job postings and recruiting materials for various roles.
• Coordinate payroll information with accounting and onboarding processes.
