Job summary

BYD America Corporation is seeking an HR Administrator to support HR leadership by driving recruitment, coordinating performance management, and managing employee training programs. You will partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring HR practices align with company policies and objectives.

The role covers full-cycle recruitment, annual training planning, LMS maintenance, and performance management support in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, focused on recruitment, performance management, and training.
• Experience designing, coordinating, and delivering corporate training programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, orientation sessions, or leadership development programs.
• Experience in multinational or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual training plan and manage LMS and training records.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee annual and periodic performance reviews and implement PIPs when needed.
• Maintain HR records and generate recruitment/training reports.
