Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development programs, manage LMS records, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate annual and periodic performance reviews and support performance improvement plans.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports, ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
