Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with global e-commerce strategies and support task prioritization for the business team.
• Develop and execute strategy including goals and performance reviews.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate merchandise and seller growth and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute the Strategy.
• Design and implement operation systems and support strategy execution.
• Identify and mitigate risk during rapid growth while maintaining compliance.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to improve cross-system synergy.
