Job summary

New Freedom HR is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and benefits administration across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with hiring managers and the HR team to keep processes compliant, efficient, and positive.

In this on-site role, you will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage onboarding tasks, background checks, and benefit enrollments, helping to deliver a smooth, professional experience for applicants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Post open requisitions and coordinate interviews.
