Job summary

FOH® Worldwide, based in Florida, seeks an HR Coordinator, Talent & People to lead full-cycle recruitment and drive a positive Team Member experience. You will partner with hiring managers, craft job descriptions, source candidates, coordinate onboarding, and support payroll in a hybrid setting.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in HR, 3+ years in recruiting, payroll experience, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems. FOH® offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from opening to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define requirements and profiles.
• Develop and post compelling job descriptions and advertise on platforms.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
• Coordinate onboarding and payroll processes; support HR operations.
• Track recruitment metrics and improve processes.
