Hylton-Rodic Law PLLC (HRL) in Washington, DC is seeking an HR and recruitment professional to support both HRL and EPIARX Diagnostics. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and coordinate HR processes with leadership.

We value initiative, discretion, and the ability to independently drive searches and onboarding. You’ll work closely with the COO, manage candidate communications, and improve workflows while handling routine HR matters and records.

Formación

• 2–4 years of recruitment/HR experience or related field.
• Demonstrated recruiting and proactive sourcing experience, including pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment across both organizations, postings, applications, and pipelines.
• Source and screen candidates, outreach, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop talent pipelines through universities, associations, and recruiters.
