Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Specialist I, HR to support Talent Acquisition and HR administrative duties.

You will help with recruiting coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, and HRIS data entry while maintaining accurate employee records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on executing established HR processes and developing foundational knowledge across Human Resources, with opportunities to contribute to recruiting events and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
0–2 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, data-entry, or related experience; internships or related experience may be considered.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and confidential information.

Responsibilities

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions under guidance from HR Manager or recruiter.
Draft and post job advertisements across approved channels including company career page and social media.
Source candidates via job boards, referrals, staffing agencies, career fairs, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications against requirements and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely candidate communications.
